What is the best time of year to use herbicides ?

The best time of year to use herbicides is Spring, followed by Fall. Spring is an effective time for catching weeds in their pre-growth season, in order to prevent them from sprouting. Fall is similarly effective because, ahead of the Winter, this is when weeds are most vulnerable. herbicides work better in warmer months rather than colder ones, so the next best season in which to target weeds is summer, followed lastly by Winter.

Why does the time of year affect  herbicides ?

Spring is the best time of year for applying herbicides. This is because you can catch weeds in their pre-growth state, before they’ve had the opportunity to sprout fully. Spring has the advantages of being both warm and wet.
